I understand purchasing an Admission Ticket to Lee Family Farms, LLC, under ORS 30.677 (Notice), makes Lee Family Farms, LLC not liable for an injury to a participant arising from the inherent risks of an agri-tourism activity. I accept full responsibility for myself and dependents.

Under Oregon law, there is no liability for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agri-tourism activity conducted at this agri-tourism location if the injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agri-tourism activity. Inherent risks of agri-tourism activities are risks of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agri-tourism activity.

I understand that any and all tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable to other merchandise, events, products, and services. You can add Purchase Protection and get a 100% refund of your purchase if a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending this event.

The tickets and value purchased in 2024 expire on October 31st, 2024. All activities and festivities are offered regardless of rain, with the exception of extreme weather conditions.

I understand that Lee Farms can not allow any outside animals on their property. ADA service dogs are allowed with visibly marked certification. Emotional support dogs are not recognized by the ADA nor by Lee Farms Insurance prohibiting entrance.
